The German initiative of young arbitrators (DIS40) invites to a discussion roundtable on disputes arising from shareholders‘ resolutions. For such disputes, the DIS provides the Supplementary Arbitration Rules for Corporate Law Disputes. As the German Federal Supreme Court has recently amended its case law regarding disputes arising from shareholders‘ resolutions, it is worth taking a closer look at how such disputes are handled in practice before state courts and arbitral tribunals.
