HAVER & MAILÄNDER advises on recharging point infrastructure deployment
Electro-mobility is a fast developing area - as long as you don't leave the big cities or motorways. The development and deployment of the necessary infrastructure for recharging points accessible to the public in rural areas is key. By the end of 2018, 9 counties far from the Stuttgart and Karlsruhe metropole areas in the south of the German Land of Baden-Württemberg will have erected 54 charging stations (108 charging points) for a minimum 6 year operation. There is an option for an additional number of 200 charging stations (400 charging points). HAVER & MAILÄNDER public procurement and corporate lawyers advised the contracting authority during the most innovative procurement procedure.
