The outcome of arbitrations often also depends on the evidence given by experts. This applies in particular to questions requiring technical expertise but also, for instance, to the amount of damages. For counsel in arbitration proceedings, it is therefore all the more important to organize the cooperation with experts in an efficient manner in order to avoid possible pitfalls.
