For his many years of outstanding commitment, our partner Dr. Rolf M. Winkler was appointed an honour member of the German-American Lawyers Association (DAJV) by the General Assembly. After joining the DAJV in 1976, he was Chairman of the Arbitration, Litigation, Mediation (ALM) Section from 2004 to 2018 and a member of the Corporate Executive Committee.
