The timing is unique: Due to the spring event of the Baden-Württemberg regional group forum vergabe e.V., the latest developments in public procurement law in Austria, Switzerland, and Germany will be presented and discussed.

Under the co-chairmanship of Dr. Alexander Hübner, experts in public procurement law from the competent federal ministries in Germany and Austria, from the Swiss Federal Administrative Court, as well as from law, associations, and the Austrian legal profession, will present the modernisation and digitalisation of public procurement law in the German-speaking area and 20 years of public procurement tribunals in Germany.
