The ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (YAF) invites to a panel discussion on the topic of „Experts versus Expertise – The added value of external experts over in-house expertise“, concerning the use of party-appointed experts in arbitrations. An international and diverse line-up of speakers discusses inter alia questions on the added evidentiary value of external party-appointed experts where the expertise is equally or better available in-house, and the usefulness of such external experts in relation to the costs.
