As a law firm which is particularly recognized for its arbitration work, HAVER & MAILÄNDER is a supporter of Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court teams since many years. In this year, we are happy to be able to support for the first time all teams from Baden-Württemberg, which traditionally rank among the best teams in the international moot court competitions in Vienna and Hong Kong. Under the auspices of Dr. Roland Kläger, we invite the teams to visit our law firm in Stuttgart for trial pleadings on 9 March 2020. HAVER & MAILÄNDER also sponsors the team of the University of Tübingen participating in the Benjamin M. Telders International Law Moot Court. We wish all the teams great success in the competitions.
