The Covid-19 pandemic has suddenly highlighted the possibility and need to conduct oral arbitration hearings with the help of videoconferencing tools. The ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) holds an online event on “Virtual Hearings – requirements, procedure and how to get the most out of it” in order to address the most salient questions and the legal, technical and practical challenges arising in the context of virtual hearings.
