The COVID-19 pandemic has suddenly and severely disturbed many business relationships. This increases the potential for disputes which the parties want to resolve time and cost efficiently. In an online discussion organized by the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF), a distinguished international panel will therefore discuss the role and value of mediation as a means to resolve disputes induced by the COVID-19 pandemic from different perspectives.
